Frequently Asked Questions

We do not charge for appointments, but we require a credit card on file. It will only be charged for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows. 

Unfortunately, we do not buy dresses or offer consignment services. 

Unfortunately, at our current temporary location, there are stairs and no wheelchair access.

Appointments usually run for 40 minutes, with an hour blocked off for flexibility. 

We do not rent dresses, but we do rent capes and crinolines.

Layaway is available for a $50 fee. The dress must be completely paid for within 2 months.
