Frequently Asked Questions

We charge $45 for Wedding dress appointments, and we require a credit card on file. It will only be charged for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows. Prom appointments do not have a charge at this time, we do require a credit card on file and it will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows. No show fees are $65. 

Unfortunately, we do not buy dresses or offer consignment services. 

Unfortunately, at our current temporary location, there are stairs and no wheelchair access.

Appointments usually run for 40/45 minutes, with an hour blocked off for flexibility. 

We do not rent dresses, but we do rent capes and crinolines.

Layaway is available for a $50 fee. The dress must be completely paid for within 2 months.
